1. Return Window & Eligibility To maintain the pristine condition of our rare materials, we accept return requests strictly within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be authorized.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it.
- Housed in its original, undamaged luxury packaging (including all presentation boxes, authenticity cards, and velvet pouches).
2. Non-Returnable Items Due to strict quality control, hygiene protocols, and the bespoke nature of our inventory, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Opened Fragrances & Oils: Once the factory seal is broken, fragrances cannot be returned due to the risk of chemical contamination and oxidation.
- Custom or Bespoke Rosaries: Any item that has been customized, engraved, or specifically assembled upon request.
- The Royal Collection: 1-of-1 exclusive pieces are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged.
3. Return Processing & Inspection Do not return items without prior authorization via our official channels.
- Request: Email info@misbahakfakhamatak.store or submit a request at misbahakfakhamatak.store/contact-us with your order number and photographic evidence of the item’s condition.
- Approval: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Inspection: Once received, our specialists will inspect the item. If signs of wear, chemical exposure, or missing components are detected, the return will be rejected and the item shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Financial Processing (Refunds) If your return clears inspection, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or specific credit card).
- Late Refunds: Processing times depend on your banking institution. If a confirmed refund does not reflect within 10 business days, contact your bank before escalating to our support team.
- Sale Items: Discounted items are final sale and eligible for exchange only in the case of manufacturing defects.
5. Shipping Liabilities You are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payout.
